If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
